A lot of people have a vague idea of what they want to do but don't know where to begin. Begin by calling me. Worst case scenario it's worth what you're paying; nothing.
The first visit is just a talk. It is often a tremendous help to speak to someone who knows the biz and hasn't been privy to all the previous chats. So whether it's to understand the process, get ideas from outside the box (my wheel house), or to help focus your efforts, let someone give you a hand.

If you already have plans or know exactly what you want and need plans or have simply built before and are interested in taking the temperature of the trades, call me. I like to build. I like to design and I am comfortable building from others designs. Some of my best friends are architects. Really.
